Questions about pricing.

What counts as a sales order?

Every confirmed sale, wherever it came from: a chat order from Messenger or WhatsApp, an order on your WordPress website, or a sale at the counter. Drafts that you never confirm don't count.

What happens if I go over my plan's orders?

Nothing stops. Orders keep coming in and your shop keeps running. We'll tell you when you're close to the limit, and if it keeps happening we'll suggest the plan that fits.

What is a user?

One person with their own login: an owner, a manager, someone on the counter or someone packing parcels. Each user gets only the permissions you give them.

What is a shipping confirmation SMS?

A text message to your customer when their parcel is booked with the courier, so they know it is on its way. Business includes 300 a month and Enterprise 600.

What does free website development include?

We build your shop a WordPress (WooCommerce) website and connect it to Zagle, so website orders land next to your other orders and the site only offers what you have in stock. The domain and hosting are yours.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up or down from one month to the next as your shop changes. Your orders, stock and books stay exactly as they are.
